About Me
I run Jellyfish Design from my home studio in the lovely town of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, where I live with my partner Tilly, my son Monty, and Ken the dog.
I was actually born and raised down south (but let’s keep that quiet), though Yorkshire has well and truly become home. Before settling here, I spent five years living in London and studied at university in Stoke-on-Trent.
After graduating, I picked up a range of freelance roles, which is where my passion for design really started to grow and take shape.
After a few years working in different agencies, I decided to set up Jellyfish Design. I wanted a better work–life balance, but also to offer something a bit more personal - working closely with clients and keeping things friendly, straightforward, and human.

My passion
As well as producing creative solutions to everyday projects, one of my main passions is customer satisfaction and, as mentioned above, client experience. In a world increasingly driven by Artificial Intelligence and automated systems, genuine human interaction can feel rare and often overlooked.
This is where Jellyfish Design aims to stand apart. One of the aspects I take the most pride in within my business is the strong, lasting relationships I build with my clients. Clear communication and reliability are at the heart of everything I do - emails are answered promptly, quotes are delivered without delay, and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
I also believe in being accessible and approachable throughout the entire process, so clients always feel supported and informed. There’s a real sense of reassurance in knowing you can easily get hold of the person behind your project whenever you need to.
Good service shouldn’t be complicated or considered a bonus - it should be the standard, the baseline expectation that every client deserves.
